Solution-

When the Toshiba Satellite laptop is not going to turn on when you are starting with battery power or the battery charge the LED light does not light up, when you plug it into the power outlet, and the battery is not charging properly. Remember, Toshiba Satellite only operates when the laptop is plugged in. For fixing the issue, the users must download the latest BIOS for your Satellite model.
