 Solution-

  1. Do Troubleshooting through Windows
    a. ClickStart menu，then clickSettings。

b. SelectUpdate & Security。

c. Select Troubleshoot，then click Windows Update and Run the troubleshooter to resolve problems that prevent you from updating Windows.。

d. The system starts detecting and resolving problems.

e. If the system cannot identify the problem, or the problem persists. Please click Close the troubleshooter。

  1. Update Windows 10 through Update Assistant
    The Update Assistant can help you update to the latest version of Windows 10.
    a. Download the Update Assistant on the Microsoft website. Click Update now, then you will start downloading the Update Assistant tool.

Tips: Please don't forget where the Update Assistant is located after downloading. The following picture is the current version as a reference, please download the latest version from Microsoft.

b. After downloading is finished, double-click to execute Windows 10 Update Assistant.

c. ClickUpdate Now。

※ Notice: Make sure your laptop is in an available network environment, then connect to internet because it is an online update process.

d. The Update Assistant checks your PC whether it is compatible, then click Next to start downloading Windows 10.

e. The Update Assistant is downloading Windows 10 update.

  1. Reset the system
